Vibration

Movement is one of the most important things that those of us with fat disorders can do to improve our condition. However, depending on the stage of your disease, exercise may be difficult and/or painful. Vibration machines can be an ideal way to gently exercise your muscles so that you gain strength and tone without putting stress on your joints. Vibration machines improve lymphatic flow, blood flow, muscle tone and bone mass, which is paramount for anyone with a fat disorder.  

According to Dr. Karen Herbst, if you want to address the fascia with whole body vibration and have oscillating motion, don't wear compression.  If you just want to move lymph, you can wear compression if you want.
